The questions installers actually ask

Yes. We are an authorized V-TAC distributor — every unit ships from V-TAC’s own EU warehouses with the full manufacturer warranty (10yr on inverters and batteries, 10/25yr on panels). Serial numbers are registered to your company at dispatch.

Photograph it on the truck, refuse the damaged units, and send the photos via WhatsApp. We open the claim with V-TAC and the carrier the same day and ship replacements without waiting for the claim to settle.

Net-30 runs through Mondu, our BNPL partner. Approval is a soft check on your company — most installers are approved at checkout. You get 30 days from invoice; we get paid upfront, so there’s no pressure on your account.

Intra-EU reverse charge: as a VAT-registered business buying cross-border, VAT is accounted for in your own country’s return (Art. 196, Directive 2006/112/EC). You reclaim it in the same declaration — no cash movement.

Unopened boxes in resellable condition: 30 days, minus actual return freight. Ordered the wrong inverter for the job? Swap it against the correct SKU and we credit the difference.
